Organisation
Helsingin Energia’s business organisation consists of seven main businesses, five separate businesses, and service operations. Helsingin Energia is an energy company owned by the City of Helsinki; it operates as a municipal corporation.
Helsingin Energia’s operations are developed and monitored by The Board of Helsingin Energia.
Helen group - Group structure
The Helen Group also includes its subsidiaries and associated companies Helen Sähköverkko Oy, Mitox Oy, Suomen Energia-Urakointi Oy (SEU), Vantaan Energia, and Oy Mankala Ab. Helsingin Energia also has minor shares in other companies.
