Energy-related guidance from the Energy Advisory Centre

Helsingin Energia’s Energy Advisory Centre provides information and advice on household appliances, their use, and energy saving. The services of the Energy Advisory Centre are free of charge and available to all who need information about household appliances. The Centre also offers tried and tested information on the operating features of appliances, as well as leaflets and manuals.

Excursions

The Energy Advisory Centre also organises visits and teaching events for groups of schoolchildren in connection with domestic science lessons. Excursions are also arranged for other groups. You can phone us and book an appointment.

Borrow meters

As our customer, you can borrow consumption, moisture, light or surface temperature meters and wallscanners free of charge. We can also send a meter by post to an address outside the Helsinki region. The borrower of the meter will then pay for the return postage (8 euros).

Come and visit our household appliance exhibition

The Energy Advisory Centre has a refurbished household appliance exhibition and teaching facilities on the third floor of Sähkötalo. Come and visit us.

If you are unable to visit in person, you can call or send an e-mail.
