Different ways of paying the electricity bill
As an electricity customer of Helsingin Energia, you can choose the way you pay your electricity bills.
When direct debiting is used, the charges are automatically debited from your account on due dates. Information on due dates and the future bills to be debited during one year will be sent to you once a year together with a balancing bill. If the billing method used is billing according to measured consumption, you will receive an advance notification of each of your bills.
Our customers can also use an e-invoice for consumers. An e-invoice is a safe and effortless way to receive and pay bills. The system is developed in co-operation by the banks.
