Methods of payment for district heating
Choose a method of payment that suits you best. Besides the traditional paper invoice there are other options:
In direct debiting, payments are withdrawn automatically from your account on due dates.
Direct invoice requires approval in the online banking facility. Just as direct debiting information, you can find the direct invoice information on the invoices that are due for payment. You will be notified by email of your direct invoice or direct debiting invoice sent to your online banking facility and you receive the invoice itself in PDF format, provided that you give us your email address.
Nordea’s direct debiting and direct invoice customers can also use Helsingin Energia’s online banking service, including an invoice archive.
