Reporting electricity meter readings

If you live in Helsinki, you can use the attached form to report your electricity meter readings. If needed, you can also call our Customer Service, tel. 010 802 804. The meter readings of consumption sites located elsewhere should be reported to the local network company.

As a customer of Helsingin Energia, you can view your electricity consumption data through our online service for electricity users. If you do not have a user ID and password yet, you can register as a customer.  For registration you will need your customer and consumption site numbers, which you will find on the electricity bill.

Address of the place of use:

* Number of the place of use (stated on the electricity bill and the meter reading letter)

*Number of meter (eight digits without a hyphen):

 

Please also enter any zeros at the beginning and decimals at the end of the reading. Do not enter the decimal point.

*Date of reading (dd.mm.yyyy):

*Day reading (1 or I)

Night reading (2 or II)

The reading in question is:
Reading for a balancing bill (balancing reading for the electricity bill according to a normal reading pattern)
Meter reading when moving home (first or final reading concerning the beginning or termination of the electricity contract)
