You can buy electricity from Helsingin Energia to any address in Finland. Long-term price monitoring proves that the electricity bills received by our customers have been lower than average for the past ten years.
Neither the distribution price nor the electricity taxes are included in the calculation. The distribution price is independent of the electricity retailer and it is determined by the local network operator’s distribution tariffs valid at any given time.
What kind of contract would you like to have?
You may conclude a normal electricity contract that is valid until further notice, or a fixed-term contract, with us. If you would like to contribute to increasing the use of renewable energy forms, you can select environmental penny electricity. Get acquainted with our products of different types.
As our customer, you will get many benefits
When you conclude an electricity contract with us, you will also get Plussa points from electricity. All our household customers can accrue Plussa points.
The electricity-related online services enable you to monitor your readings and consumption data. The joint Sävel report enables you to monitor your consumption of electricity, water and heat. We will also send to your home address a monitoring report on your electricity consumption once a year and the Helen customer magazine four times a year. Our customers can borrow different kinds of meters through Helsingin Energia’s Energy Advisory Centre (consumption, surface temperature, moisture and light meters as well as wall scanners). The Energy Advisory Centre will also provide you with advice, free of charge, on the selection of household appliances and efficient energy use.
If you have electric heating, you can have your old electric heaters replaced with new and high-standard electric heaters through us.
