Helsingin Energia’s key system is an easy and safe way of ensuring the rapid and convenient maintenance of the electrical facilities of buildings and distribution substations.
Thanks to the key system, a representative of Mitox Oy, the company providing metering services to Helsingin Energia, can carry out maintenance work in electrical facilities without having to make a separate agreement on having someone open the doors. This saves time and costs and speeds up the maintenance and repair of electrical systems. The repair of various functions depending on electricity, such as elevators, electric locks, heating and lighting, becomes easier as well.
Close key management also ensures the safety of locking up. Responsibility for the installation of key containers lies with Helsingin Energia, and Mitox Oy is responsible for the implementation. The first installation of a key container is always free of charge.
The holder of the electrical equipment is responsible for locking the electrical equipment and the purchaser of the work is liable for the locking costs. To guarantee a safe end-result, the locking system is delivered by a lock shop authorised by Abloy.
