Helsingin Energia invests strongly in the constant development of its personnel’s expertise. The contents of our training programmes range from management training to commercial and technical studies of various levels.
Development possibilities
One of our internal training programmes is the management-level Helen Business School, with training ranging from short seminar-type courses to studies aiming for the international MBA degree.
