Manager, Business Development and Risks

Do you want to be a part of driving Helen through the energy transition, and towards a carbon-free and combustion-free energy system? Join our innovative Nuclear Energy Program Management Team as the Manager of Business Development and Risks, where you will lead development of our nuclear investment.

In this permanent position You cooperate and negotiate with possible co-investors, plant supplier candidates, our owner and financiers in order to shape the business case for our program. In the role you conduct in-depth financial economic analysis together with Helen’s business and feasibility experts and ensure systematic management of the risks in the program. This role is crucial for creating the best fit for the economic landscape of our nuclear endeavor.

We expect you to have a master’s degree in business administration, finance, or engineering with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial analysis, risk analysis, and business development, preferably in the nuclear or energy sector. You have a demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, you have strong analytical skills, and you excel in communication and negotiation. We expect that you are fluent in English, while skills in the Finnish language are considered as strengths.
