Price lists
If your company has not yet joined Helen as a heat customer, you can find out about examples of our prices. We can also calculate a price estimate if you so wish. However, if you are already our customer, you can check the season’s energy tariff here and monitor the invoicing based on your property’s consumption by logging in to our online service.
Seasonally variable energy fee
The production costs of heat vary according to seasons. Therefore, we update the energy fee four times a year: at the New Year and in March, May and October. The most favourably priced production season, summer, is a period of five months.
In addition to the price of energy, you also pay a fixed water flow fee. As our customer, you will find this information on the invoice and reports and in our electronic service.

Documentation
The size of the property has a significant impact on the price when you join us and during consumption. As our customer, you will be able to monitor your property’s actual consumption in our service, and you will receive an estimate of your costs for the next year well in advance.
