When and why did you start using e-invoices?
I was among the first people to start using e-invoices. I ordered the electricity bill as an e-invoice into NetPosti as soon as it became available. Since my bank introduced e-invoices, my bills have arrived direct into my online bank.
Which bills do you receive electronically?
I receive all bills as e-invoices wherever the service is available. Almost all companies now send e-invoices, with the exception of property management companies.
What do you think of e-invoices?
They are easy and simple to use. If the sum total of the bill has changed, I can check immediately why it has changed. If necessary, you can also print out the e-invoice. Before I started using e-invoices, I used to file paper bills in binders. E-invoices are automatically archived in the online bank, which means that all information is kept in one place.
What is the best feature of e-invoices?
It is not necessary to type in the billing information separately. It is easy to accept the bill. I am using a semi-automatic system: bills with a sum total below a certain limit in euros are paid automatically. If the sum is higher, I log onto my online bank and accept the bill that way.

Which bills do you receive electronically?
We receive all possible bills in the form of e-invoices. Unfortunately, not all companies are sending e-invoices, and I have enquired them about it.
What do you think of e-invoices?
They are so easy. At first, I forgot to accept the bills. That, too, has become routine these days because I visit my online bank once or twice a week in any case. The only thing to check is the sum total and validity of the bill. We are a large family and we are both working, and it used to be quite laborious and time-consuming to type in the information on the paper bills, including reference numbers. That’s why e-invoices make life so much easier. Bills are paid by the due date and, if we want, we can always postpone the payment date.
What is the best feature of e-invoices?
Time saving and the certainty that the bills always get paid on time. A paper bill may get lost amongst newspapers and magazines.
