More information
- Request for proposal
The procurement process of a heat distribution centre starts with a request for proposal, which you can submit using the form below.
In Helen’s solutions, we take care of the design, procurement and installation of the heat distribution centre from start to finish. In conventional heat distribution centre replacement, the housing company is responsible for the design, procurement and installation of the heat distribution centre.
We are also happy to help you find the best solution for your housing company. - Site visit
After receiving the request for proposal, we will carry out a site visit to determine the suitability of the heat distribution centre for the property, if necessary. - Offer
After the request for proposal and any site visit, we will prepare a proposal for the replacement of the heat distribution centre. Our offer includes design, equipment procurement and project implementation. - Order
After accepting the proposal and placing the order, the typical delivery time for the equipment is 6–10 weeks. - System handover and instruction
When the installation of the heat distribution centre is complete, we will provide comprehensive guidance on using the heat distribution centre when handing over the system.
The customer is given instructions on how to act in the event of any faults. - Warranty period, maintenance and service
In the case of a normal heat distribution centre, the customer is responsible for the maintenance and servicing of the equipment. The warranty period for the equipment is two years and for the heat exchanger five years.
When procuring a heat distribution centre as an investment, the housing company is responsible for the maintenance of the heat distribution centre after installation. There are no continuous monthly service costs for the heat distribution centre, as the heat distribution centre is the property of the housing company.
