A heating or cooling connection is transferred to the new owner by submitting a notification of the transfer of the connection in Helen’s connection order service. Enclose a handover document or a copy of the deed of sale mentioning the transfer of the heating or cooling connection to the notification. A heating or cooling contract is not assigned automatically in connection with the handover of a property.
The transfer of a heating or cooling contract is possible once the receivables accrued by the time of the transfer have been paid and the new owner undertakes to comply with the terms of the heating or cooling contract. At the same time, the heating or cooling contract between the previous owner and Helen ends.
