With the Nuclear Power additional service, the origin of your electricity is verified with Guarantees of Origin for nuclear power. The origin is verified in accordance with the European Guarantee of Origin system.

The price of Nuclear Power consists of a monthly base fee, the energy price of the Guarantees of Origin, and a margin. The agreement is valid until further notice with a 14-day notice period and is automatically transferred to your new electricity contract. The Nuclear Power additional service is available with all Helen electricity contracts.

With the Renewable add-on service, the origin of your electricity is verified with Guarantees of Origin for solar, hydropower and wind power. The origin is verified in accordance with the European Guarantee of Origin certification system.

The price of Renewable consists of a monthly base fee, the energy price of the Guarantees of Origin, and a margin. The agreement is valid until further notice with a 14-day notice period and is automatically transferred to your new electricity contract. We send messages related to your contract electronically so you receive them quickly and easily. If you prefer paper mail, you can choose it in the Oma Helen service or by contacting customer service.

Terms of contract

I have familiarized myself with the direct marketing practices at Helen and I accept the processing of my personal data for electronic direct marketing purposes.
