Notification of bank account number for electricity credit
For Helen's existing electricity contract customers, the rebate will be paid automatically on future invoices, and no action is required from our customers to obtain the rebate.
The account number should, however, be reported to Helen in the following situations:
- If you have switched electricity companies between 01/11/2022 and 31/01/2023 and you are no longer Helen’s customer. The final invoice has already arrived previously.
- If you have moved from one address to another during the period from 01/11/2022 to 31/01/2023 and have already received the final invoice for the contract that has ended.
