Terms of the contract
The contract is a fixed-term contract and valid for the fixed term stated in the contract confirmation. After that, the agreement continues with a new fixed-term period, if no change to the contract has been agreed. The new price and fixed term will be informed to the customer before the new fixed-term contract period begins. The price of the contract comprises of energy price and of a monthly basic charge. Contract has a fixed price throughout the contract period. The contract is meant for metering points with an annual electricity consumption of less than 300 000 kWh and a maximum main fuse of 3x63 A. Value added tax is added to the prices.
Delivery time
The contract enters into force according to the start date notified to Helen by the distribution system operator. If the customer's valid fixed-term contract prevents the contract from entering into force on the desired date, the start of the new contract will be moved to the end of the current fixed-term contract, however, no more than 6 months after the original preferred sales start date.
The contract is valid for the agreed period. After that, the agreement continues with a new fixed-term period, if no change to the contract has been agreed. Helen will send information about the new price and contract period about four months before the new fixed-term contract period begins.
Electricity distribution and metering
Helen shall terminate the current electricity contract with the customer’s authorisation and, when necessary, draw up a new electricity network contract in the customer’s name. The distribution system operator will charge the customer for electricity distribution according to its price list. The distribution system operator is responsible for metering and its billing. If the product on offer is not suitable for the time division used by the distribution system operator or the customer’s metering system, Helen is entitled to use a suitable product.
Applicable terms
The contract is primarily governed by the product-specific terms and then the Terms of Electricity Sales or the terms of Electricity Supply valid at any given time. The terms can be found at terms of electricity sales and terms of electricity supply. In addition to these, Helen's service price list valid at any given time is applied.
Contract confirmation
The contract confirmation is primarily sent to the customer by e-mail.
