With the Renewable or Nuclear Power additional service, the electricity corresponding to your consumption is certified with guarantees of origin as electricity produced from renewable energy sources or nuclear power. You can add your preferred origin to any new or existing Helen electricity contract.

With the Renewable add-on service, the origin of your electricity is verified with Guarantees of Origin for solar, hydropower and wind power. The origin is verified in accordance with the European Guarantee of Origin certification system.
The price of Renewable consists of a monthly base fee and the energy price of the Guarantees of Origin. The agreement is valid until further notice with a 14-day notice period and is automatically transferred to your new electricity contract. The Renewable add-on service is available with all Helen electricity contracts.

With the Nuclear Power additional service, the origin of your electricity is verified with Guarantees of Origin for nuclear power. The origin is verified in accordance with the European Guarantee of Origin system.
The price of Nuclear Power consists of a monthly base fee and the energy price of the Guarantees of Origin. The agreement is valid until further notice with a 14-day notice period and is automatically transferred to your new electricity contract. The Nuclear Power additional service is available with all Helen electricity contracts.
Next, you will be asked to verify your identity using your online banking credentials or mobile certificate. By verifying your identity, you confirm invoicing as the payment method. The service will be invoiced retrospectively based on your actual energy consumption.

- Place the order for the electricity contract by verifying your identity in the ordering stage. After authentication, select the Renewable or Nuclear Power additional service for your contract.
