District heating for housing companies
Monthly Heating Property
Monthly Heat Property is our standard district heating product for companies and housing associations. The price of Monthly Heat Property consists of a fixed basic fee and an energy charge based on monthly consumption and the energy price.
The energy prices for the Monthly Heat Property product are updated annually in January and July and remain valid for one year at a time.
Fixed-price District Heating
Manage your budget reliably with a three-year fixed-term, fixed-price district heating contract. Fixed-price District Heating is designed for Helen's corporate and housing company customers, and brings clarity and predictability to heating bills. The price consists of the fixed basic fee and fixed monthly energy fee that remain unchanged for the entire three-year contracting period.
Optimal Heating
With Optimal Heating, your housing company uses heating energy more smartly and at the most affordable hours, fully automatically and without affecting the daily life of the residents. You can easily change your housing company's district heating product to Optimal Heating, and lower your expenses at the same time.

Origin-verified add on services
Origin-verified Bio Heat
Origin-verified Bio Heat is produced using wood-based biomass. The origin of the product is verified with a Guarantee of Origin for renewable heat issued by the Finnish Energy Authority.
Origin-verified Circular Heat
Origin-verified Circular Heat is produced at Helen’s heat pump plants and consists of renewable heat and waste heat. The origin of the heat is verified with Guarantees of Origin for renewable heat and waste heat issued by the Finnish Energy Authority.

Kiinteistövahti
The Kiinteistövahti service guarantees stable heating conditions in every dwelling while saving energy at the same time. Kiinteistövahti offers data-based information on dwelling-specific temperature, air humidity and outdoor temperature and makes suggestions to the heating system controls.
Heat distribution centres for housing companies
The heat distribution centre is the most important piece of equipment in a housing company’s heating system. We offer heat distribution centres as a traditional turnkey delivery, covering the entire procurement chain from planning to commissioning.

Constructor Heating
Constructor Heat is the most cost-effective heating solution for construction sites in Helsinki produced using renewable energy sources. Constructor Heat provides heating during the construction phase, and the solution is available for the period you need. The origin of the product is verified with a Guarantee of Origin for renewable heat issued by the Finnish Energy Authority.
Open district heat
