Detailed Information on Technical Accessibility

Content or Functions that are Not Yet Accessible
Content
- Page titles are not marked in accordance with recommendations. Screen readers may have difficulty finding the page titles. (WCAG 2.4.2, 4.1.1)
- Main headings of pages are not unique and do not describe the content of the pages. (WCAG 2.4.6)
- The service has buttons that look like links. (WCAG 3.2.4)
- The service's web pages cannot be found in multiple ways. (WCAG 2.4.5)
- Information displayed through graphs cannot be hidden without moving the pointer. (WCAG 1.4.13)
Visibility and customizability
- Users are not warned about session timeouts, and the timeout cannot be adjusted. (WCAG 2.2.1)
- There are a few poorly distinguishable areas: selecting the inspected location and the light green color in the chart. (WCAG 1.4.11)
- Modifying text spacing results in minor text overlapping on the homepage. (WCAG 1.4.12)
- Enlarging only text to 200% causes minor overlap and information clipping. (WCAG 1.4.4)
Usage with Screen Readers
- There is a link (arrow symbol) on the homepage that does not have an accessible name. (WCAG 1.1.1, 2.4.4)
- Some graphics are missing text alternatives, and unnecessary decorative elements are partially marked with foreign language text alternatives. (WCAG 1.1.1)
- When selecting the term of a fixed-term contract, buttons and their explanations are not associated with each other. The buttons cannot be accessed using the tab key, nor are they grouped together. (WCAG 1.3.1, 2.1.1, 3.3.2, 4.1.2)
- Language selection may be difficult to perceive, as options are marked only with the abbreviations SV and EN without explanatory guidance. (WCAG 2.4.6)
- It is difficult to use the graph controls, as options are not heard by the screen reader when changes are already being announced in the graphs. (WCAG 3.2.2)
- The selected bank from the billing information is not announced by the screen reader. (WCAG 4.1.2)
- The personal information section gives misleading instructions for providing a phone number. (WCAG 3.3.2)
- When creating a filter for invoices, reading always starts from the beginning of the dialog after making selections for the filter. (WCAG 1.3.2)
- The feedback smiley buttons do not have an accessible name. (WCAG 4.1.2)
- Several image buttons are labeled "Read more" without clarification. (WCAG 2.4.6)
- Only some of the links that open in a new tab are marked with an icon, and the icon is hidden from screen readers. (WCAG 1.1.1, 3.2.4)
- The hourly pricing table for electricity has incorrect timestamps. (WCAG 1.3.1)
Chat
- The opening of the chat is not announced to the screen reader. (WCAG 4.1.3)
- The reading order does not transition to the opened chat. (WCAG 1.3.2)
The buttons for closing and minimizing the chat do not have accessible names. (WCAG 1.1.1, 4.1.2)
PDF files
- PDF files created in the service, such as contracts and invoices, are not accessible: the reading order is illogical, and images do not have text alternatives. (WCAG 1.1.1, 1.3.2, 1.4.5)
Usage with a keyboard-only
- There are dialogs that cannot be accessed using only a keyboard: cancelling an electricity contract, editing inspected location, viewing details of an open invoice, and modifying personal interests. (WCAG 2.1.1)
- In some dropdown lists, selections cannot be made using only the keyboard: selecting the inspected location, editing billing information, choosing the term of a fixed-term contract, adjusting the invoice list filter, and providing feedback after logging out. (WCAG 2.1.1)
- Detailed information displayed through graphs cannot be accessed using only the keyboard. (WCAG 2.1.1)
- Tabs operate inconsistently: in the electricity usage section, the tab is selected using the tab key. (WCAG 4.1.2)
The shortcomings listed here are intended to be corrected by the end of 2025.
