With the Nuclear Power additional service, the origin of your electricity is verified with Guarantees of Origin for nuclear power. The origin is verified in accordance with the European Guarantee of Origin system.

The price of Nuclear Power consists of a monthly base fee and the energy price of the Guarantees of Origin. The agreement is valid until further notice with a 14-day notice period and is automatically transferred to your new electricity contract. The Nuclear Power additional service is available with all Helen electricity contracts.

Changes to Renewable add-on service from 1 December 2026:

We send messages related to your contract electronically so you receive them quickly and easily. If you prefer paper mail, you can choose it in the Oma Helen service or by contacting customer service.

Terms of contract

You have the right to cancel the order within 14 days of the conclusion of the contract in accordance with the right of withdrawal related to distance selling. Cancellations can be made on Helen's Customer support pages.
