Helen’s change negotiations concluded – personnel impacts to become more precise
The change negotiations initiated by Helen in early 2026 have concluded. After the conclusion of the negotiations, Helen will continue preparing and implementing mitigating measures. The final personnel impacts will become more precise as these measures proceed.
The aim of the negotiations is to respond to the requirements of a changing business environment by reorganizing the Group, developing operating methods, and reducing overlaps.
After the negotiations, Helen will continue preparing and implementing mitigating measures. These measures are intended to reduce potential personnel impacts and support employees during the transition. Therefore, the final personnel impacts will only become clear once the measures are completed.
As part of the overall process, Helen will also continue planning the integration of its subsidiary Väre Oy into Helen Oy. The goal is to combine the most efficient processes of the companies and strengthen the long-term effectiveness of the Group’s operations.
