After the negotiations, Helen will continue preparing and implementing mitigating measures. These measures are intended to reduce potential personnel impacts and support employees during the transition. Therefore, the final personnel impacts will only become clear once the measures are completed.
As part of the overall process, Helen will also continue planning the integration of its subsidiary Väre Oy into Helen Oy. The goal is to combine the most efficient processes of the companies and strengthen the long-term effectiveness of the Group’s operations.
