Helen’s electric vehicle charging business transferred to Plugit
The transfer of Helen’s electric vehicle charging business to Plugit Oy was completed on 31 August 2026.
The arrangement is part of Helen’s strategic focus on its core businesses, and it supports the company’s objective to concentrate on the sale and production of heating, cooling and electricity, as well as the development of a flexible energy system. As part of the arrangement, the employees of Helen’s charging business have transferred to Plugit as existing employees in connection with the transfer of business. The completion of the arrangement does not require any action from customers.
Helen will continue to provide services during the transition phase
The services will gradually transition to align with Plugit’s brand. The aim of the transition phase is to ensure as smooth and uninterrupted continuity of services as possible for customers and partners.
