Monthly Cooling Stable
District cooling is a carbon-neutral and hassle-free cooling solution for properties in central Helsinki. The three-year fixed-price contract provides the property with reliable cooling even on the hottest days of the year.

What is District Cooling?
District cooling enables comfortable temperatures all year round, even in the summer heat. There is no need to install heat pumps or condensing units using refrigerants in the property – this leaves space in the property for other use, the facade remains unchanged and the cooling does not cause noise. If necessary, the cooling capacity of district cooling can be flexibly increased without major alterations.
District cooling is mainly produced at the Katri Vala heat pump plant from carbon-neutrally treated wastewater, district cooling return water and certified carbon-neutral electricity.
The connection of the property to the district cooling network starts with contacting us. We will verify your need for cooling and prepare a quote for the most suitable solution for your property.
