Renewing a fixed-term electricity contract
As a business customer of Helen, your fixed-term electricity contract will be renewed automatically. You will be informed of the new price about three months before the start of the new fixed-term contract period. If you do not notify us of changes to the contract within two weeks of receiving the price information, the contract will continue with a new, fixed-term period of validity.

In a fixed-term contract, the price of electricity is agreed in advance for a certain period of time. This protects you from any peaks in electricity prices.

Once you have agreed on a fixed price for the contract period, you can also better predict the costs of electricity.

The 12- or 24-month contract period guarantees that you do not have to worry about constantly renewing your electricity contract.

To reward you for being a long-term customer, you will receive a significant discount on the monthly fee of your contract.
