Renewing a fixed-term electricity contract
As a business customer of Helen, your fixed-term electricity contract will be renewed automatically. You will be informed of the new price about three months before the start of the new fixed-term contract period. If you do not notify us of changes to the contract within two weeks of receiving the price information, the contract will continue with a new, fixed-term period of validity.
