Easy Electricity

Summary of contract terms 

  • The contract is valid until further notice.
  • The price is valid until further notice.  
  • A monthly-priced contract, where the price is based on the customer’s monthly consumption and the corresponding rate (excluding the XL consumption category, which is invoiced according to actual energy consumption) 
  • Helen reserves the right to upgrade contracts consumption category to reflect the actual consumption at the metering point. 

The electricity supplied under this contract is mixed electricity produced with renewable sources, nuclear power and fossil fuels in line with the Finnish production distribution. 

1. VALIDITY OF THE CONTRACT 

Easy Electricity contract is valid until further notice. The period of notice of the contract is fourteen (14) days.

2. PRICE OF ELECTRICITY AND CONSUMPTION CATEGORIES 

Easy Electricity contract is intended for consumer customers. Consumption categories XS, S, M and L are monthly-priced, where the price is based on the customer’s monthly consumption and the corresponding rate. The customer pays a monthly fee in euros based on consumption. The monthly fee is determined according to the consumption category. If the contract has been made between Helen and business customer, Helen has the right to immediately switch the contract to a Basic Electricity Enterprise contract that is valid for the time being.

The price is valid until further notice. Helen reserves the right to regularly review the customer’s electricity consumption. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the contract’s consumption category corresponds to the electricity consumption at the metering point. If the customer’s consumption exceeds, or is likely to exceed, the consumption limit of the current category, Helen reserves the right to upgrade the consumption category and adjust the price to reflect the actual consumption at the customer’s metering point.

A notice of the price update resulting from the upgrade of the consumption category will be sent to the customer 30 days prior to its effective date. The new price corresponding to the updated consumption category will apply from the date specified in the notice. The price update will be communicated electronically.

*Billing is based on actual energy consumption. The price for the Easy Electricity XL category consists of the electricity energy price (cents/kWh) and a monthly basic charge (€/month). The current price is available at www.helen.fi/en/electricity/electricity-products-and-prices/easy-electricity. The XL consumption category can’t be ordered separately. 

The prices announced do not include electricity distribution. 

3. AMENDMENTS TO CONTRACT TERMS AND PRICES 

The seller has the right to amend the terms and prices of the sales contract in accordance with the general terms of electricity sales by informing the customer one (1) month before the amendment enters into force.

4. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

The contract is intended for delivery sites with a maximum main fuse of 3 x 63 A. 

Easy Electricity contract can be concluded and is valid only for apartments in apartment buildings and row houses whose primary heating method is not electric heating. 

If the customer has an additional service included in the contract, the additional service will be invoiced according to its own terms and conditions.  The customer’s consent to using Oma Helen is a precondition for drawing up the Easy Electricity contract.
