Why choose Easy Electricity?
Make budgeting your electricity costs easier! Easy Electricity is an electricity contract in which you choose a suitable package size based on your monthly consumption. There are four different package sizes available: XS, S, M and L, each of which includes a certain amount of electricity per month (kWh). This means that you pay a known fixed monthly price for electricity.
You can choose Renewable or Carbon-free origin for your contract. The price of the origin will be charged based on your actual consumption. Please note that we will check your monthly consumption regularly and, if necessary, change your contract to a package size that matches your consumption.

Frequently asked questions about Easy Electricity
With the Easy Electricity contract, you can choose the package size that matches your electricity consumption from four different options. The package sizes and their monthly consumption limits are as follows:
- XS = 100 kWh/month
- S = 200 kWh/month
- M = 300 kWh/month
- L = 400 kWh/month
The fixed monthly price of the contract is based on your package size and you pay the same amount for your electricity from month to month, regardless of your consumption. Please note, however, that if your consumption limit is exceeded, you may be migrated to a larger package size. The fixed price makes it easier to budget your electricity costs, as you always know exactly what your electricity costs.
If you choose Renewable or Carbon-free origin for your contract, this will be charged according to your actual consumption.
The Easy Electricity contract is valid until further notice and it can be terminated with 14 days’ notice.
If your contract starts in the middle of the month, a daily price will be charged for the first month: the price of your package will be divided by the days of the month and your invoice will be made up of the days on which your contract was valid.
The Easy Electricity contract is invoiced monthly, i.e. 12 times a year.
You can easily change the package size of your Easy Electricity contract either on this page or through the selection wizard. Select the new package size you want, proceed as usual in the ordering process and specify in the ordering phase of the contract that this is a change in the package size of Easy Electricity.
The consumer is responsible for ensuring that the consumption category of the contract matches the electricity consumption at the place of use. If you notice that the selected package size is exceeded, you can switch your contract to a larger package size as a normal contract change.
Helen also has the right to regularly check your electricity consumption. If your consumption exceeds the consumption limit of your current package, Helen has the right to increase the consumption category and update the price to match the consumption at the customer’s place of use. The customer will be notified of the price update resulting from an increase in the consumption category 30 days before it takes effect.
If you exceed the maximum Easy Electricity L consumption limit, your contract will be migrated to the Easy Electricity XL product. Please note that the price of the Easy Electricity XL consumption category consists of the price of electricity of 13.90 cents/kWh and the monthly basic fee of €5.99/month.
