Terms for Smart Savings Contract

The contract requires activation of at least one smart control linked to it.

• Controlling a heat pump requires connecting the pump to the home internet.
• Controlling an Elenia electricity meter requires the use of Elenia's Load Control Service.

If smart control activation is not successful, customer can change the electricity contract within 90 days.

If smart control is not activated and contract is not changed, electricity consumption will be billed with higher energy price than it would be with the Smart Savings Contract.
