Helen extends payment times during corona epidemic
Helen wants to help its consumer and small business customers who find themselves in a difficult situation due to the coronavirus epidemic and is ready to negotiate on the payment time of electricity bills.
Requests to extend the payment time should be submitted to Helen’s customer service by 31 May. Arrangements during the coronavirus epidemic apply to bills falling due in or after March.
