Fraudulent messages circulating in Helen’s name

Emails and sms-messages sent in Helen’s name claim that customers’ electricity supply is at risk and that their customer account requires an essential update. These messages should not be responded to.
The fraudulent emails urge recipients to carry out the update quickly via a provided link. A deadline of 15 March has been used in at least some of the messages. Although the emails appear credible in both language and visual style, they have been sent under the name of Helen Customer Service, while the sender address points to an unknown email domain. We advise customers not to react to these messages.
