The district heating bill consists of a basic fee and an energy fee.

The fixed fee is paid according to the usage power of the property. Usage power refers to how much district heating the property consumes on average per year. Usage power is determined on the basis of the average annual consumption over the previous 36 months, i.e. three years.

The energy fee is determined by the monthly consumption of the property and the energy price of district heating. The energy fee changes monthly and the new prices are always updated on 1 January and 1 July for one year at a time. We provide a price forecast for the following six-month-period.
