As a Helen customer, you will receive a custom renewal offer for your electricity contract approximately three months before the contract expires.

Frequently asked questions about contract renewal
You can find your renewal offer in Oma Helen and in the renewal messages we send you by email and/or SMS. From the messages, you can open your personal renewal page, where you can see the contract offered to you and easily renew your contract.
We will remind you about the renewal of the contract for the first time approximately three months before the current contract expires. You will receive reminders by email and/or SMS. Oma Helen notifications are also possible if you have allowed notifications sent by the application.
The offer you receive is based, among other things, on the market situation at the time of the offer and your current contract. The price of the renewal offer is generally lower compared to our normal-price products. As our existing customer, you will receive a lower monthly fee for your fixed-term contract in the renewal offer.
If the electricity contract is not renewed by the end of the fixed term, the contract will automatically be changed to a contract that is valid until further notice. You can see the details of your contract option valid until further notice in your renewal offer. In addition, you will always receive a separate contract confirmation for the contract valid until further notice. Therefore, you won't be without electricity even if you haven't renewed your contract.
When renewing the contract, you can easily choose either the Renewable or Carbon-Free additional service for the contract. With the Renewable additional service, you can upgrade the origin of your electricity contract to 100% renewable energy, and with the Carbon-Free additional service, to 100% nuclear energy. You can select the additional service you prefer on the personal contract renewal page or when renewing the contract in the Oma Helen app application.
