
Helen initiates change negotiations
The aim of the change negotiations is to respond to the requirements of a changing business environment through a reorganisation of the Group and the development of operating methods. At the same time, Helen will begin planning the integration of Väre Oy into Helen Oy.
Through the change negotiations, Helen seeks to strengthen the conditions for profitable and sustainable growth by reorganising job roles, removing overlaps, and streamlining processes. As part of the process, Helen will start planning the integration of its subsidiary Väre Oy into the parent company, with the goal of unifying the most effective processes and practices of both companies.
The change negotiations concern approximately 795 employees. According to preliminary estimates, the negotiations may lead to the termination of up to 125 positions. At the same time, Helen is planning to create new roles to meet changed operational needs.
Potential outcomes to personnel may include redundancy, non-negotiable amendments to essential terms of employment contracts, changes in work duties, working methods, work arrangements, work facilities or regular working hours arrangements.
